Please note that we are currently running a promotion with free delivery to England, Scotland (excludes Highlands) and Wales for purchases over £150 (ex VAT). Please note that large items e.g. floor standing carousels, tunnel dryers, hand benches, exposure units, drying cabinets etc are subject to a delivery / shipping charge.

For Saturday deliveries there is a surcharge added by our courier of up to £20 on small orders. Please contact us for a price if you wish us to deliver on a Saturday.
Damaged Items: You must notify us of any damages within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. Please note that all chemicals / inks are packaged individually in plastic bags and all items are bubble wrapped for protection. This also minimises waste if the carton is split or damaged in transit.
We are keen to process any claim for damage as quickly as possible. To minimise any delay and inconvenience to you and in order for us to assess the extent of the damage, we will need a photo of the damaged item showing its condition when you received it. If it is clear from this that the damaged item cannot be salvaged at all (for example, inks and chemicals) we will happily replace the item. Where only a portion of the item cannot be salvaged, we will either issue a credit note for the portion or replace the portion if significant enough. Please note that if you do not send us a photo as proof of damage you must return the item within 7 working days for us to process a refund.
In the unlikely event of damage to larger electrical items / printing presses, the above policy applies although we will happily arrange collection for you.
