If your customer's would like embroidered garments and you don't have the machinery, time or skills then you may be interested in our cost effective Embroidery Service - Click here to open the brochure. We have teamed up with our sister company Uniform Leisurewear Ltd who have over 30 years of embroidery skill to provide this unique service.
Embroidery Setup (Digitising or Origination)
The setup charge covers the cost of having the design digitised and a jacquard created. This is a one off charge as once we have setup your design we will store it for you - so you will not be charged for any repeat orders. The setup charge is £5 per 1000 stitches (ex VAT). An average company logo is between 5000-8000 stitches.
Embroidery prices per garment for Lettering / Text (up to 2 lines / 12 letters per line) range from £0.75 per garment (for 500 garments or more) to £2.20 per garment (for orders up to 31 garments.)
Embroidery prices per garment for a standard logo up to 8000 stitches ranges from £1.75 per garment (500 garments or more) to £3.40 (for orders up to 31 garments.) If the logo is over 8000 stitches please call and we would be happy to quote.
Prices exclude VAT and delivery
We can embroider up to 9 colours in your logo's. We use Maderia threads so we can provide a diverse array of colours. We will try to match the colours in your logo to the nearest shade. If you wish to use an exact pantone shade or Maderia thread colour code we can do this but at extra cost.
In addition to the embroidery services we have designed a cost effective but discrete Backup Screen Printing Service to help you grow and protect your business. If you are struggling to fulfil demand and need support for a large print run or simply need sickness or holiday cover and don't want to say 'No' to your customers then this service might be for you. Please note that this service is only available to existing customers.
