By E-mail: sales@wickedprintingstuff.com If you are experiencing problems with the website payment or ordering system, please email us a list of the items you would like to order and we can advise you on how to order either direct through paypal, bank transfer or payment by cheque or postal order.
By Credit or Debit Card: Please complete order through google checkout in our online shop or purchase over the phone. Please note that a charge of 2.5% will be added to Credit Card purchases. There is no charge for purchases using a Debit Card.
In Person: If you would like to place or collect your order in person please contact us first to arrange an appointment as we do not have 'shop front' style facilities!
PAYPAL: Payment for an order can be sent through paypal to: sales@wickedprintingstuff.com please do not forget to add the correct postage amount to your order (see Delivery charges section). Also, please do not forget to state the items you are ordering in the "message to seller box" or on a separate email to us. Please note that a charge of 2.5% will be added to any purchase via paypal.
VAT: Wicked Printing Stuff is registered for VAT, if you require a VAT invoice please contact us.
Cheque or Postal Order: Please make cheques payable to: Wicked Printing Stuff

Returns Policy: If you would like to return an item for refund, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery and shall refund the full price of the item, minus any postage amounts paid.
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery of any damages. Please note that all chemicals / inks are packaged individually in plastic bags and all items bubble wrapped for protection and to minimse waste if the carton was to split / damage in transit.
If an item you receive is damaged e.g. spillages or breakages, in order for us to process the claim to minimse any delays and inconvenience to you and subsequently send a replacement, we must receive a photograph of the goods in the state / packaging they were received as evidence of the damage. If in the photograph it is clear that the damaged item cannot be salvaged (inks / chemicals), we will happily replace the damaged item for you or replace the amount that cannot be salvaged. Please note that if a photograph is not sent as proof of damage, the parcel must be returned to us in 7 days in order for us to process the claim.
In the unlikely event of damage to larger electrical items / printing presses, the above policy applies although we will happily arrange collection for you
All electrical / press items come with a 12 month back to base warranty. If you have a faulty item which is out of warranty any repairs (parts & labour) are charged at cost.
