This kit is ideal for printing t-shirts / sweatshirts and other textiles and transfers. Designed for screen printers with limited space (ideal and safe to setup from home) and limited budget. Students, just leaving College/University or want to buy an ideal gift for a screen printer.

• 2 Colour 1 station Screen Printing Press
  • 1 x Fully Adjustable Platen-You can chose from either adult or childrens size:
    • Child: 22.5 inches Long x 10 inches Wide x 19 inches x 9 3/4 inches print area.
    • Adult: 22.5 inches Long  x 15.5 inches wide x 19.5 inches x 15 1/4 inches print area.
• 1 x Exposure Unit, 1000 watt Halogen Lamp, Floor Standing, will expose industry standard screen of 31" x 24", with foam base to create the vacuum, all you will need to get is a sheet of glass (approx £5.00) this exposure unit
• 1 x Small Foam
• 1 x Large Foam
• 2 x Screens Aluminium Frames (20" x 24") with NEW white Mesh
  • 1 X 32T (for printing opaque white onto black garments)
  • 1 x 43T (for general textile printing)
• 1 x 10" Aluminium Coating Trough with ends
• 2 x 12" Wooden Squeegees with 'SQ' cut blade
• 1 x 20 Wooden mixing sticks (to mix your inks and emulsion)
• 1 x T-shirt-Tak Board Adhesive Spray (For holding garments into place on the platen)
• 1 x Rolls of Tape ideal for taping screens
• 10 Sheets of A4 Ghosted Transparency Film for use with either an Inkjet or Laser printer. If you would prefer clear film or a different size film (A4 and A3 available) please email so we can provide you with a separate quote.

INKS:

5 X 1 Litre Pots of Water Based Ink (Including 1 Litre Opaque White, 1 Litre Black)

 

SOLVENTS:

• 1 Litre of Stencil Strip (to reclaim your screens) can be diluted with water 1:25
• 1 Litre of 2-part water Resistant Emulsion (to coat your screens)
• 1 Litre of Screen Degreaser (to prepare your screens) can be diluted with water ratio 1:25
• 1 Litre of Screen Filler Water Resistant (to fill in any 'spots' on your screen Emulsion)
• 1 Litre of Screenwash (to remove ink from your screens

Some more information about the 2 Colour Printing Press:

Takes up to 31" x 24" industry standard screen, prints up to A3 size.The frame is made from mild steel and is powder coated to prevent rusting. The arms made from stainless steel and the heads are made from aluminium as like the Hopkins printing press.

Excellent micro-registration...goes forwards, backwards, sideways and also rotates at an angle. The clamp head can swivel at an angle so you are able to print objects that have uneven surfaces. Designed and manufactured in the UK and does the job of the Hopkins but at just a fraction of the cost

The press will sit on a table without you having to bolt it down due to the solid base. Press has a fully adjustable snap off for thicker garments, which can be adjusted up for thicker garments and the head can be swiveled to be re-aligned on a horizontal. Has nylon rotating clamp feet, chemical resistant, so as not to damage your aluminium frames when clamping. The threaded clamp rods are 10mm so they won't bend when tightening. The press has a melamine heat resistant base up to 200degreesC, just wipe clean.
