This is a MEGA kit, it has enough consumables for two groups of people to create their own designs - ideal  for the home business. Please check out our free tutorial step by step guide on how to screen print. The press in the free guide is different as this is a Carousel type press and not an interchangeable head press as in the video.

EQUIPMENT:

• 1 x 4 Colour 1 station Screen Printing Press
• 1 x Fully Adjustable Platen-You can chose from either adult or childrens size:
  • Child: 22.5 inches Long
    • 10 inches Wide
    • 19 inches x 9 3/4 inches print area.
  • Adult: 22.5 inches Long
    • 15.5 inches wide
    • 19.5 inches x 15 1/4 inches print area.
• Flash Dryer Unit - Will  dry Plastisol Ink in 10 seconds and completely cure in 60 seconds. Steel Powder Coated 40mm x 40mm Box Tubing Base with 4 x castors for easy mobility. Cross design to allow to allow the heating head to rotate 360degrees without toppling over. Has a chrome neck which allows the head to be fixed in different heights whether you are printing on a coffee table or a 6 or 8 colour floor standing carousel. The horizontal on the heating heat is fully adjustable to accomodate uneven floors.
• 1 x Exposure Unit, 1000 watt Halogen Lamp, Floor Standing, will expose industry standard screen of 31" x 24", with foam base to create the vacuum, all you will need to get is a sheet of glass.

8 x 1 Litre Pots of PLASTISOL Ink ( Includes 1 Litre Opaque White, 1 Litre Black)

SOLVENTS:

• 1 x 1 Litre of Stencil Strip (to reclaim your screens)
• 1 x 1 Gallon of 2-part Solvent Resistant Emulsion (to coat your screens)
• 1 x 1 Litre of Screen Degreaser (to prepare your screens)
• 1 x 1 Litre of Screen Filler solvent Resistant (to fill in any 'spots' on your screen Emulsion)
• 1 x 1 Gallon of Screenwash (to remove ink from your screens)

 

This printing press can take up to a 40" x 28" screen, you can print your 4 colour design 21" x 32" (actual print size) comfortably with excellent registration, it has self lubricating sealed bearings meaning there is no movement in registration. You will need a larger platten to accomodate this size print. The frame is made from mild steel and is powder coated to prevent rusting. The arms made from stainless steel and the heads are made from aluminium as like the Hopkins printing press. Excellent micro-registration...goes forwards, backwards, sideways and also rotates at an angle. The clamp head can swivel at an angle so you are able to print objects that have uneven surfaces.

Designed and manufactured in the UK. Does the job of the Hopkins but at just a fraction of the cost. The press will sit on a table without you having to bolt it down due to the solid base. The Press has a fully adjustable snap off for thicker garments, which can be adjusted up for thicker garments and the head can be swiveled to be re-aligned on a horizontal. It comes with nylon rotating clamp feet, chemical resistant, so as not to damage your aluminium frames when clamping. The threaded clamp rods are 10mm so they won't bend when tightening. The press has a melamine heat resistant base up to 200degreesC, just wipe clean.
