Description
Designed for small workshops / domestic premises and suitable for tabletop and small floor standard carousel printers. Can cure up to 100 garments (plastisol) ink and 45 waterbased (will require two passes). Manufactured and CE certified in the UK with 12 months parts & labour warranty.
The Dryer includes upgrade protection so if you wish to upgrade to a Panther dryer as your business grows we will give you 100% trade in value for 4 years.
In addition the Conveyor Motor and Temperature controllers have a 2-year guarantee
The ceramic heating elements have a 3-year guarantee.

Features:
The Wicked Printing Dryer has adjustable belt trackers so your belt runs level.
The dryer had 6 infrared ceramic elements which are strategically placed for maximum efficiency. Adjustable hand wheels to raise or lower the height of the heating elements for thicker and thinner garments.
The dryer is insulated with fire-retardant insulation on either side of the tunnel and across the tunnel hood to ensure heat stays inside the dryer. This makes it one of the most efficient dryers on the market.
- Digital Temperature display for accurate curing, manual speed controller which the speed from 10-50rpm.
- The lower speeds will be excellent for the longer curing inks such as metallic, water based and all-over prints, puffers and glitters.

Extractor tubing for fume extraction is included with the dryer. This is essential for the smaller studio/workshop as this can be placed outside the window and you can
work comfortably in any small area.
Gates for closing either side of the tunnel, to enable the heat to build rapidly and economically in the oven.
Delivery - We can deliver the dryer at additional cost, alternatively you can collect for the dryer - you will need a large transit style van as a minimum. You can arrange for a courier to pick up the dryer but ensure that it is a 'door to door' service as the Dryer is not suitable for pallette style collection.
